We’re all intently watching the news of the spread of the Coronavirus and wanted to communicate to our valued partners the steps we’re taking to apply the highest levels of sanitation to our product production process. The safety of your patients and our staffs is our number 1 priority. 

Here are the safety measures we adhere to as well as an additional layer of protection being implemented immediately:

• We have always followed OSHA standards to disinfect all impressions and materials picked up from your office and complete a second disinfection and steaming step before returning the finished crowns to your office.

• We have now implemented a new safety step to disinfect the crown or dental appliance in CaviCide and place in a sealed bag with diluted mouthwash. Please rinse before inserting or follow your disinfecting protocol per dental guidelines/standards. You’ll find more details included within each returned box.

• We will continue to monitor Governmental and Regulatory Agencies for guidance and continue our tradition of being an industry leader in safety and risk management.
